What I do

Financial models & forecasts →

A model built from your actual results that shows where revenue, profit and cash are heading, and lets you test a decision before making it.

ERP & system implementation →

New accounting and ERP systems selected and set up, and existing ones cleaned up, so the books, job data and reports agree.

Budgets

An annual budget built from your actual history, then compared against results every month.

Cash flow planning

A rolling view of cash coming in and going out, so tight months show up weeks ahead instead of the day they arrive.

KPI dashboards

The handful of numbers that matter for your business, reported the same way every month.

Ad hoc reporting & reviews

One-time analyses, a second look at the books, or a review before a big decision.

Pricing & margin analysis

Which products, services, jobs or customers actually make money once every cost is counted.

Lender & investor packages

Financial statements, projections and supporting schedules prepared for a loan, line of credit or investor conversation.

How it’s priced

CFO work is scoped to the project or set up as a monthly retainer, depending on what you need. Call and describe the situation, and I’ll tell you how I’d approach it.

Common questions

When does a small business need a CFO?
Usually when decisions start depending on numbers the books don’t provide yet: whether to hire, take on a large job, borrow or raise prices. Part-time CFO work fills that gap without the cost of a full-time hire.
Is this ongoing or project-based?
Either. A forecast or system cleanup can be a one-time project. Budgets, KPIs and monthly reviews usually run on a retainer.
Do I need to use your bookkeeping to get CFO services?
No, though the work is faster and the numbers more reliable when the books are closed properly each month. If they aren’t, that usually becomes the first step.
