Common questions

What are the business filing deadlines?
S-corps and partnerships generally file by March 15, with an extension to September 15. C-corps generally file by April 15, with an extension to October 15.
Can you prepare my return if someone else keeps my books?
Yes. There is extra time to review and adjust outside books before the return, and the estimate reflects that.
Should my business be an S-corp?
It depends on profit, what you draw and payroll cost. It is a calculation specific to your numbers, and worth running before the election deadline.
