Accounting

Bookkeeping and month-end close are the base: vendor bills and expenses entered, every account reconciled, and the books closed each month. Add-ons cover the rest of the cycle, from payroll and client billing to WIP reviews and workpapers behind the balance sheet.

Common questions

What’s the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?
Bookkeeping records the transactions. Accounting makes sure they’re recorded correctly: accounts reconciled, accruals booked and the month closed so the reports can be relied on. Monthly service here includes both.
Do I need all of the add-ons?
No. Most businesses start with bookkeeping and month-end close, then add payroll, billing or workpapers as they need them.
Can you work in my current accounting software?
Usually. I work in QuickBooks Online and most common systems. If the setup itself is part of the problem, fixing it can be part of the work.
